What have you got planned in your library this Pink Shirt Day to celebrate diversity?
It’s not far away – Friday 20 May. If you haven’t already sorted your plans, check out our PSD Book Review feature:
We have fresh content with 15 new reviews, all of which can be printed, making planning your book display for the week a breeze. For library users looking for books on topics such as bullying, inclusion and resiliency, this feature is a treasure trove of over 70 reviews.
This year, workplace-focussed titles have been added. They look at workplace bullying in New Zealand, the importance of civility, ways to address injustice, and collaborative problem-solving to reduce conflict.
We are running our competition for NZ Libraries again. Send photo(s) of the displays or activities your library ran for staff or students to firstname.lastname@example.org to go in the draw for a $50 Countdown gift card (a great morning tea treat for staff!). Entries must be received by Friday 27 May 2022, see terms & conditions here
For PSD promotion resources (posters, stickers etc) to make your PSD display sparkle, order from the webstore.
