Study Grant Applications OPEN

SLANZA is now calling for applications from members who would like to apply for a study grant.

Study Grant Applications OPEN for 2022

SLANZA is pleased to offer two study grants in 2022, to those working in school library teams, including School Librarians and Library Assistants, Teacher Librarians, and Teachers with Library Responsibility.
 
A successful applicant is reimbursed for the cost of one paper, course or module (up to $600.00) offered by an approved library education provider.
 
Applications close: Thursday 30 September 2022
 

Conditions of application:
  • Applicants must have been SLANZA members for at least one year at the time of applying and be a current financial member.
  • Applications are to be supported by a covering letter from the school principal.
  • Applicants must supply the name of one referee.
  • Applicants should state in writing:
    • the potential benefits of undertaking this professional development,
    • how it will contribute to your role as part of the library team,
    • your relevant library experience,
    • whether you have completed any other papers.
